Brooklyn Decker Auditioned for a Catching Fire

Ohio native model Brooklyn Decker has revealed that she auditioned for a role in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” with Sports Illustrated. In a recent interview, she also shares her love for the book.

“I auditioned for Hunger Games… Not for Katniss, but for a character in the second book that I loved,” she revealed. “I read the books in three days, and cried. I worshipped the books. I was like, ‘I wanna be in the movie, I wanna do it’.”

She went on to admit: “I was bummed [not to get the role], but it is not going to stop me from seeing it on opening night.”
