Glamour: Was your part in The Hunger Games tough to get?

Jena: I know they saw every single actress from here till Tuesday. They wanted to find someone who didn’t just physicalize this character, but could also scare people. I don’t know what I did – I guess I scared the hell out of them.

Glamour: Was getting this role like its own Hollywood Hunger Games?

Sam: Finnick is supposed to be this godlike creature. I remember sitting in the audition room and this kid walked in. He was seriously one of the most handsome men I’ve ever seen. And I was just, Nah, this is never going to happen.

Liam Hemsworth: I Can Relate to Gale So Much (An Interview by Glamour)

Liam Hemsworth has caught up with Glamour and he talked about which team is he “Team Peeta” or “Team Gale.” Here is what he has to say:
“I relate to Gale more. I feel like my decisions would’ve been similar to his decisions in those situations. I’d be trying to figure out a way to stop [the Games] or fight back.”

Fortunately, Jennifer decided that a little bit of ubercelebrity didn’t scare her—and now she’ll be telling her grandkids, “I’m the one slinging arrows and covered in blood!”, which is much better. And just in case you didn’t love the actress for being so super-accessible and down-to-earth, even on the cusp of this career-changing movie, you’re going to change your mind as soon as you hear the one way in which she has let fame go to her head. Because where most girls might go crazy for a house in Beverly Hills, a flashy car or a closet full of expensive couture, Jennifer’s version of out-of-control celebrity is seriously unique:

“Just recently I started letting myself eat things from the minibar,” she admitted. “When we were kids, we would never open the minibar. A $6 Snickers bar? But the other day I was in a hotel and I was staring at a Snickers bar, and I finally just ate it. Then it was like something in me snapped. I opened all these drinks. I thought: I can do it now. Now I’m all grown-up. I can eat things from the minibar.”

And there you have it: Jennifer Lawrence. Kicking ass. Taking names. Eating things from the minibar.
Are you glad to see Jennifer getting such Glamor-ous recognition?
